Ruslaan Mumtaz might debut on TV with Shrishti Arya's show!

It seems television is turning into next destination for Bollywood actors these days. From hosting reality shows to acting in a daily soap they are ready to experiment with their luck and career to achieve fame.

After actors like Maninder Sharma in Chhabis Barah,Adhvik Mahajan in Bani- Ishq Da Kalma, another big screen actor is set to make his TV debut. The latest news is that handsome and charming Ruslaan Mumtaz, who entered Bollywood with MP3, will be seen in Sony Entertainment Television’s next.

Earlier, Shakuntalam Telefilm’s, makers of Zee TV’s magnum opus Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke, had lined to venture Ruslaan’s debut show. But according to the latest reports, Ruslaan, son of yesteryear actressAnjana Mumtaz, has been finalised to play the male lead in Shrishti Arya’s forthcoming show on Sony TV.

“The channel and production house is currently busy locking the star cast for the show and we hear that Ruslaan Mumtaz has been finalized to play the male lead on the show. The channel has asked for a pilot and the production house is soon planning to shoot the pilot with seasoned actors. The show will be a daily soap but with a difference, and will not be like any regular saas-bahu saga's,” informs source. 
Actress Sangeeta Ghosh is likely to feature opposite Ruslaan.
